Terms of Use

Correlate is a health data visualisation and correlation app developed by 藍帽科技有限公司 (Blue Hat Studio). It reads data from Apple HealthKit and, optionally, Garmin Connect, to help you find patterns between your habits and your body metrics.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the app. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Correlate is a one-time purchase of US$4.99 through the Apple App Store. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no further in-app purchase needed to reach the full functionality of the app.

Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies.

Not medical advice. The app is for informational and educational purposes only. Correlations, scores, and insights do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

Data accuracy. The app depends on data from Apple HealthKit, Garmin, and connected devices. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness, and results vary with data quality and individual factors.

Correlation is not causation. The relationships shown are observational. A strong correlation is a question worth asking, not proof of a cause.

• All health data is processed on your device.
• We do not upload, store on servers, or have access to your health data.
• We do not sell or share your personal information.
• Connecting Garmin or Apple Health downloads data to your device for local analysis only.
• You can revoke either source at any time in its own settings.

The app and its content, features, and functionality are owned by 藍帽 科技有限公司 and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of it.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to develop a competing product.

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 藍帽科技有限公司 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, from health decisions made on the basis of what it shows, or from unauthorised access to your data.

The app integrates with Apple HealthKit, Garmin Connect, RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted in the app or here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we believe violates these terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), without regard to conflict of law principles.
